I'm expanding on exactly the same issue the op has! exactly the same, and, in addition, windows update can't proceed, because of the amd drivers failing to install.maybe i didn't make it clear in the original post, but i did write that the updates didn't install.. Resolve driver and software conflicts driver cleaning software, such as the amd clean uninstall utility or display driver uninstaller (ddu), can completely remove any existing or damaged driver files and registry entries, thereby allowing a successful installation of the latest amd driver software package.. When it finishes with the 1603 error, it seems the driver itself is installed, but none of the software (crimson, relive, etc.). the only thing that works is a fresh windows 10 install. i disconnected it from the network during the install so microsoft wouldn't install its default driver for the card..
Download the latest amd drivers for your pc from here.; remove all existing amd drivers using the amd clean uninstall utility.double-click on the executable, and then follow the prompts till you complete the removal.when done. click on view report to see the list of components that were uninstalled, or click finish to exit the utility. click on yes to reboot your computer or do a manual reboot.. It's worked for me. 210 videos play all
